Perhaps one of the well maintained hotels in Ibadan. Everything is working well. All the amenities are intact. Each room is well furnished with modern gadgets. One of the most fascinating features of this hotel is the neatness of the environment. Security wise, the management is doing a fantastic job in ensuring that the security personnel are well equipped without intimidating the potential customers. For those who enjoyed privacy, perhaps this might be the best option. A place to be indeed.

You literally have to leave your room down to the reception or outside the hotel to make calls or use the internet. Thant aside, its a great place.

Nice place, good facilities. Complimentary breakfast but no water, you have to pay for water to eat breakfast. The WiFi has data limit and you can only use it for one device at a time. So if you have a laptop and a phone, you have to use one at a time.

Nice hotel....good location to the passport office in Ibadan..the intenet access was pretty good..however they only gave one internet pin to room.so someone with a phone and computer can only be connected once...not to talk of someone with a guest...overall the good place to crash

The staff are super friendly but the owner’s wife is quite rude and the hotel isn’t well maintained . The pros of the hotel , complimentary breakfast for one , great location because there are places around to buy food if you don’t want the restaurant and to shop for basics, super friendly staff , heater was working so there was hot water running, comfortable bed, AC cools properly .The cons , slow running water, toilets not well cleaned , water in shower takes a long time to flow after taking your bath, slow wifi. I complained about the first room and then switched to a different room which was nicer but then had issues with the key at the new room . Complained to the staff and then the ceo’s Wife rudely interrupted saying it’s my fault and didn’t try to help. The plan was to stay for three nights at the hotel but I left after the first night because you don’t get the real value of the money paid.
