The way they handle their restaurant is mischeivious, the complimentary breakfast buffet that accompanies the booking of some rooms is not even a buffet. At breakfast we went to the restaurant and they requested for a card which only one person is entitled to for that day only and you will have to choose from a few options of what they have available. They rest will have to buy the food. Their food is extra expensive, A plate of rice is ₦3,800, which is one of the least costly meal on their menu. Their room service charge for food and drinks is seperate also and they only gave us a receipt for the former meaning something fishy is going on. Their water supply is not constant because mostly in the morning when you go into the shower you will have to wait for the water to finish fluctuating if youre lucky. There is room for much improvement which needs to be brought to the attention of the hotel manager

The ambience is sublime, really serene and homely. Attentive staff and ready to bend over backwards to please you. The food is excellent and varied, but if you are expecting African cuisine you may be disappointed. Their continental dishes are comparable to none. The rooms are nice, tastefully decorated and really restful. The pool is just what the doctor ordered, a pool to swim and recreate, not a noisy, busy area, quiet, clean and a non smoking zone. Being a fitness buff, the gym impressed me...great place for an away from home maintainable workout. Quiet and serene atmosphere. I was there when some organisation had a conference, the hotel was able to separate the hub bub of the conference delegates form the hustle and bustle of hotel guests. I stayed on the top floor and the lift was quick, and quiet. The rates were comparable to any averaged sized civil servant city...really competitive rates...I highly recommend the place and will be back there myself soon.

They have good food, the prawn dish is awesome, the rooms are very comfortable with nice views and helpful staff although you want to always keep your door locked as the staffs have a bad habit of barging into rooms (it has happened to me twice) but apart from that it is a nice hotel and can be used as a getaway option from all the Lagos stress. You also have the option of booking online. Gym, outdoor pool and bar also available.
