Their management was able to resolve conflict with high sense of maturity. Myself and my boss visited to complain of an issued ticket that he needs to change the date and the staff did not inform the Head of Operations on time thereby remarking his flight as "No Show" asking him to pay 147,000 for rebooking instead of (35,000 - 50,000). A management staff stepped in, accepted their part of the blame and asked that the cost of booking a new one be shared by the two. Based on this reason, I personally recommend Ufitfly as a very good, trustworthy and honest travel agency.
