This is a very lovely and secured hotel to stay. Professional staff, lovely rooms and cool environment. I absolutely love how the staff are professional. The facility is top notch and there is this love I got for their pool while lodged here. If you are in osogbo for a visit or just want to have a lovely moment outside your house, then this is a place you want to have such moment.

Been visiting since Dec 2017, quality keeps dropping every time from AC leaking, shower head not functioning, bath tub blocked and the sad thing is their customer retention ability is zero. They treat old and regular customers with no regard. I once asked to speak with a manager and I was told they’re too busy to see anyone, their phone nos can’t be shared as well. Came down from my room several times, it was same old stories. In my opinion, hotel is overpriced with terrible customer service.

Once the standard that all other hotels in Osogbo sought to emulate, it is now a shadow of its former self. Facility maintenance is very poor. Swimming pool is not clean, the best staff have been poached by newer hotels. The restaurant that o ce served excellent fare now set es passable food. Good news is that you can get 20% discount on room tariff if you walk in.
