Peter OkaforNo doubt, Kunle Ara features the best drug quality and price in Ibadan, but beyond that staff (cashier) customer relationship is a key attributes that should never be found wanting. Many a time, I have had encounter with rude cashier and I have seen cashier relate rudely with customers. I think the management should offer routine training for the cashiers and ensure they operate in line with best customer service practices.
