Very poor service at the service Centre, charge very exuberant prices for Change of screen for LG 49 tv that was still under warranty, I paid #106,000:00. Pls avoid buying their products, they are not customer friendly.

Run away from their service station in Lekki. Very unreliable. Your appliance will stop working after few months of repair, then they will take it inside (without letting you see what they are doing) and come tell you something else spoilt and charge you again...

My LG tv had a screen problem and i had been looking for where I could get it fixed. After a long search and merry go round, I got directed to Fouani. The service center is to the left of the showroom. There was quite a queue, but it appeared they were all being attended to swiftly. In no time, I was told how much I needed to pay and when it would be ready, which was less than three days. I was more than grateful for their prompt service.
