Very poor service at the service Centre, charge very exuberant prices for Change of screen for LG 49 tv that was still under warranty, I paid #106,000:00. Pls avoid buying their products, they are not customer friendly.

My LG tv had a screen problem and i had been looking for where I could get it fixed. After a long search and merry go round, I got directed to Fouani. The service center is to the left of the showroom. There was quite a queue, but it appeared they were all being attended to swiftly. In no time, I was told how much I needed to pay and when it would be ready, which was less than three days. I was more than grateful for their prompt service.
