Your customer service is bad , too bad , we understand that there is crowd , you could as well manage the whole situation by telling your customers that you’d attend to them , imagine I stood there for almost an hour yesterday to get food, I was asking who was serving , they said “are they playing “ meanwhile some men that would give them tips, they attended to them swiftly with smile , I’ve been mad angry yesterday cause i’m also a service person and I know what it takes to make a customer happy

It was good but I have problem with them, they dont have menu and price list and that is very bad, some are on budget. Without price list you wont be able to plan how much you want to spend and also it can lead to customer exploitation where the cashier may overpriced the customer because the customer is not aware of the price. That is all for now

The eatery is one of the most places in ile ife. The environment is okay a few flies but they can be controlled. The customer service is not bad at all, staff are well put together. Overall the experience is a 7/10 sha. My food was about 1250 and I was fine afterwards. Rice, plantain, salad and chicken.

One of the best eateries in Ile-Ife. The meals served are delicious and well cooked. The prices are fair and not too expensive. I had to visit this place a couple of times the last time I was at Ife because of the good environment and good food. One con is that they probably need to improve their process in attending to customers, sometimes you can be on the queue for more than 20 minutes. I feel they can do better and be more organised.
