Fantastic physical structure but appalling service. My experience was totally uninspiring. Our elderly guests were prevented from accessing rooms that had been paid for and the management switched off electricity on the night of our party which brought our event to a premature end. A week after this shoddy service not a word of apology from management. They received full payment but did not deliver service worth what was paid for. Will not recommend the use of this facility to anyone!
