Our elderly guests were prevented from accessing rooms that had been paid for and the management switched off electricity on the night of our party which brought our event to a premature end. A week after this shoddy service not a word of apology from management. They received full payment but did not deliver service worth what was paid for. Will not recommend the use of this facility to anyone!
