Corporate child StoryGood ambiance... No rest room or not located in an open place for passengers... Open area for passenger waiting.. When it rains, passengers and their luggage are in soup... Good. Ustoer relations and staff were polite... Annocement made properly and inquiry was attended to smartly... Bus: busses look very neat from the outside, my last 2 experences gave the impression of weak engines, I mean,, bus engine was so slogish, shock absorber and bushin was totally was totally condermed in the bus.. Air-condition is not cooling propey.. Especially when sun rises... TV in the busses do not talk or talk from the vehicle speaker.. Drivers are neatly dressed in uniform....drivers do not overspend.. Driver are polite... GIGM.. Is trying.. But needs to put up more effort..
