The hotel staff were amazing, especially Chris who always went the extra mile. The restaurant food and waiters were lovely and friendly. The bed was comfortable, everything was of high qiality. I literally have nothing bad to say about the hotel.

I stayed in this hotel July 2019 for 4 days, my plan is to stay a week or more, I left early due to their poor, substandard WIFI. It is a very beautiful hotel, quiet, and in serene environment. Staffs are very good especially the guy named Kris, he is very helpful and have good customer care manner. Downside with this hotel is the WIFI, it does not work. They have a beautiful world class quality hotel, but they subscribed to a very cheap, good- for- nothing WIFI. I was told something was wrong with their wifi and they have a technician working on it for all my 4 days stay! The WIFI is trash! The owner need to do better than that. It is a reap off to pay expensive price for the room and get trashy-nonexistent wifi. Their TV is not good too, anytime they switched from NEPA to GEN, the TV goes off and they have to reboot the whole TV system from downstair before it can work again, I did not expect this in this pricey but beautiful hotel. The 4 star I gave is for the good condition of the hotel, clean, beautiful, build to taste and the quietness, but the WIFI is trash!!If you have to work remotely with your company using WIFI while lodging in this hotel (just like I have to), this is not the place for you. I would stay there next time only if the WIFI becomes excellent. Christianna, Texas, USA.
