Very disappointed that the monkey cage filled with trash, broken boards on the walk way, place in disrepair. However enjoyed the natural beauty and relaxing sound of the water flow. Chairs to sit and enjoy view. I visited march of 2019

One thing is definitely sure if you want to visit Ikogosi warm and cold spring on a day trip you a better offer coming with your own car or booking a drop. the Road to Ikogosi is really well done but not frequented we ended up going back and forth with motorbike taxis and as much as it was fun it was scary cos at the speed you are very exposed should something happen. We didnt stay overnight at the resort itself so i can not say much about that but their staff were super helpful in helping us get back to town where we could get a car headed to Akure. To tour the meeting of the waters you literally walk 5 to 10 minutes away from the reception building through a thatched gate and then a few meters later you are at the site entrance. We had a guide tell us the history or traditional story of how the warm and cold spring came to be. We saw the old city gates and also a view of the location. All in all a good place for a day trip but bring 2 - 3 hours with you to get the most of relaxing at the spring

When you get cold from the cool waters, there are spots that give out naturally warm and soothing waters. Your mind is sure to be drawn to the love of God toward Mankind at this place. It is also surrounded by natural beauty such as hills and lush grounds. And as such, it is a home away from home!

Ikogosi warm and cold spring is a nice place to be. The waters (warm and cold) flowing side by side without mixing reminds me of the fact that evil and good will never mix but the choice is for the individual to make whether to remain good or evil. Two trees by the spring are cohabiting (symbiotic) and they are blossoming. Quite a great place to learn from.

It has this polished mix of exquisite modernity and the tropical feel of an African village. When you need a get away this is the place. Very quite and it has a pool. Nature to mankind and the tales of two streams...one hot and the other cold. Both meet at a point flowing without mixing. The cheapest accommodation is #12500 per night

For Nigerian standard in a remote location, this place is good. Facilities are well maintained, great ambience and closeness to nature, great accommodation and catering; food is as homely and local as you can get. Quite surprised it was well maintained. Swimming pool, bar, gift shop etc are all available. Tour guide also available.

Ikogosi warm spring is a great tourist attraction for both relaxation,holiday and vacation purposes. The spring view is cool and nice and the warm/cold water meeting point is one of natures endowment to Nigeria. The customer service for the vacation and holiday lodge is amazing too.

Well preserved natural/ tropical environment. The swimming pool is warm all weather since it feeds from the warm springs, hence needs no chlorination. However, the pool facilities are poorly maintained. As at time of writing, the bathroom and showers are out of service and no tap is running despite the abundance of water in the environment.

Budget resort with a great swimming pool to relax. Staff are quite welcoming and friendly. They have issues with power supply and seem to be off the national grid as such power supply is only available when the gen is turned on. The management needs to come up with more attraction here to make the visit more worth while especially for visitors from out of the state.

I got to the spring feeling the warm waters and the kind of progress made in terms of structure, road constructions, aesthetics, beautification and local accessibility means; it is really amazing. The resort accommodations are very very nice and comfortable. There was the issue of power supply. They seem to turn off the generators in the mornings and back on at night. This is not a pleasant experience to have a resort. The environment is very beautiful and natural. Lots of hills and vegetation to look at. The warm spring itself was ok but kind or minimalistic for someone who travelled far to get there. On out way back to lagos we stopped by am area which had a beautiful waterfall. FYI this place needs animals. They could raise the some peacocks and some bush meat for people to look at. I really hope they free that dirty wikd monkey they have caged by the pool. That is animal cruelty.
