I lived here for a year (November 2006 - February 2008) and then I saw it as the best hall of residence in obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) but just like every other hostel in the school, it is over populated and the rest rooms are most times dirty. People buy bed spaces for as much 35,000 naira 10 years ago. I wonder how much it will cost now.

There are lot of fellows who want to scot and they make a room of 4 take as much as 10. There is bedbug and the water supplied can be very dirty. Toilet can also be littered. There are a few commercial activities and business centres operate at their best and almost cheapest.
