I actually visited travelstart 6 days ago after I made several calls without response, the most annoying thing was that the auto answering machine was not programmed to report that there were no people to respond to the calls, it just queue you up and beging to play adverts till eternity. I eventually drove some 25 km to their opebi office only to be told that they did not open on public holidays. Sooo sad.

I had to go there for a needless reason. After making a flight booking online, I got debited and received a cancellation mail for the same booking. Got their numbers from the website and called repeatedly, No one picked up. Got there and found them sharing milk and tissue papers! How pathetic? Because I was only interested in securing my travel ticket which was due in less than 48 hours, I had to pay extra as the ticket prices had gone higher. Such pathetic service.....

Terrible customer experience! if your prices are 8 to 10% higher than what your competition is offering then you should back this up with a less slurpy service! I just booked a ticket but it was hell getting through the process right from booking to payment validation to e-ticket generation. Less than one star rating if it exists
