The name of the festival is called OSUN OSOGBO FESTIVAL. The shrine is located in a town called Isale Osun in Osogbo the state capital of Osun. In year 2007, the UNESCO took over the site and named the attraction site a world heritage center and that led to the popularity of the site. Osun river is a power river as the beliefs of the believers because prayers is appease to the goddess and they get so many good things in return.... There are so many things about the river but would like to stop here for now
