There is need for government contribution here. The lake looks too dirty and polluted , the second bridge is very risky for motorcycles not even accessible for vehicles. Only pedestrians enjoy this route,however, things become worse during dog and cat rainy seasons.

Lake Eleyele is a popular lake in Ibadan and it is located at Eleyele. Lake Eleyele can be accessed from Eleyele/Ologuneru road,Eleyele junction, Ijokodo and Apete. The lake is big enough to generate electricity if put into proper use by the state government. It can also be used as a commercial fish pond where thousands of fishes will be harvested at every three or six months as the case may be. The lake can also be used to solve present water challenge in Eleyele and its environs. The lake is very close to the popular Oke Ibadan at Ologuneru Eruwa road. You can catch the glimpse of the lake from the top most floor of Gethsemane Jubilee Prayer Tower Eleyele round about Eleyele. You can find time to visit the lake. Thanks.
