Bayse One Place Hotel is a small sized hotel in Ibadan. It has very compact rooms with average prices. It’s staff are very courteous, especially those at the reception. It’s parking space is a major constraint as guests may be inconvenienced being asked to move their vehicles in order to create space for other vehicles. Overall, it was a pleasant experience I had even though the surrounding roads are mostly not motorable.

Serene environment....beautiful apartments and rooms.....customer service is ok....the only drawback for me is the disgusting first view of the generator house that will greet you immediately you enter the compound.....filled with green algae....unkept walls and rusting pipes etc...i suggest the management should do something about it.

My husband and I used this hotel for one week in November of 2016. It was my first time visiting Africa, and my experience was amazing. The customer service was warming and caring. The room service was 24 hours and prompt. I got the opportunity to try different foods from the restaurant. My experience at Bayse one was impeccable. My husband used the gym daily and really enjoyed himself. One thing that is for sure, We will use them for our lodging needs in the future. Did I mention that the prices were great as well? Overall good experience, no complaints.
