It is a gated estate located in a serene environment. It is secure place to live in. The houses are spacious on the inside and are well spaced out and demarcated by hedges which allow for privacy without completely isolating one from the neighbours. I am not sure it if is an entirely serviced estate because there were a few times there was power outage.

Ocean Bay is situated at Lafiaji, a country side in the outskirts of Lekki. Only a few meters away from the Atlantic Ocean, it residents enjoy the cool and refreshing breeze of the Ocean. The layout of the estate is also spectacular, with well trimmed flowers and adequate lighting at night. Surely a good estate by all standards.
