Flew in from London, stayed a day each in Abuja and Akure but 3 days in Owo. My stay at Best Western Mydas was the best experience of the 3. I’m a bit clustophobic, so the spacious rooms, corridors and outdoor lawn added to the overall comfort and coziness. Not power cut. I used the gym, pool and a clean air-conditioned pick-van to take me around Owo and to Akure. Very polite staff too. I think the management and owner really understand what it takes to run a Best Western Franchise. I typically stay at best western hotels as my preferred choice for budget accommodation, compared to travelodge or holidayinn.
