This is a strategic point in the Ikpoba Hill area of Edo state, Ikpoba-okha local government area. It is a focal point connecting the Benin metropolis to other towns in Edo state e.g. Irrua, Ekpoma etc and also to connect the Northern Nigeria to the South-South. There is a big roundabout with a wellfenced compound with overgrown grasses and little or no shrubbery. Several transport companies are located there for people travelling to Kogi, Abuja and other Northern states.

On this days, traffic is always very tight around Ramart park. This usually last up to 3 hours during the morning rush and 3 to 4 hours in the evening. If you can, kindly avoid this route on this days.
