This is one of the popular pit-stops for travelers on the Benin-Lagos road, especially for travelers coming from Warri. You could get local delicacies like Banga Soup, Pepper soup, and Owo Soup. Farm products are also available. The down side of stopping here is that the bathroom facilities are terrible.

Traveling on this route to me means either heading home or heading away from home and in both cases, the restaurants in this place have a role to play. I’m either eating to welcome myself home or eating to create a memory of what I’m gonna be missing while away from home. The Banga soup and pounded yam to go with either fresh fish or bushmeat is my favorite. I would recommend you give it a try.

This place has a chain of resturants in small enclosure. Local dishes are sold such as Banga, Egusi, Fresh and dried fish. Swallows like Pounded yam, Semo, Wheat are also available. There is also parking area. You will find a local market besides where fruits and food stuffs are sold. The restroom facilities is not up to standard.
