Customer service is horrible. I have applied for prepaid meter since 2017 at Akure and have never been issued one. They bring estimated bill every month. I work out of town and My home is occupied by my brother and security guard, yet they bill me N70k for one month. When I am in town, I use generator. How can I continue to pay this exorbitant bill every month. I had complained several times via email, no action has been taken. This is complete piece of trash. Their men parade themselves around asking for bribes and never complete tasks.

It is a building with five floors and a ground floor. Each floor has a security personnel who provides relevant information when asked and of course, secures the floor. The waiting room by the reception is comfortable. It is furnished with an air condition, nice chairs and other things.
