Poor service. Unnecessary delays. Long queues that can be managed are carelessly left unattended to at this particular Carl care office. If you plan to fix your phone here, just clear your schedule for the day and arrive before 10am or be sure to visit the next day cos it will never get to your turn. Service agents are so slow and unhelpful. If your phone makes it to the desk, be ready to leave it for a week.

They helped me remove a software issue for free. Also made repairs at affordable rates. The only problem I had was there were not enough chairs for customers to sit and their female staff were sassy with the wrong attitude which made a customer insult one of the female staff.
