Transportation Equipment looks in good conditions. We are departing late due to lack of seat sales of the vehicle which is an inconvenience. One hour and a half after scheduled!.

GIGM needs to renew their fleet of vehicles asap before they lose customers!!! Their buses are all old, rickety and cramped.... Travelling from Abuja to Benin and back is a nightmare!!! The main attraction of GIGM used to be the new buses, especially those Mercedes buses but obviously the Nigerian factor has set in.... nobody cares about the comfort or safety of the passengers. Also you need to be firm about your luggage policy. Passengers with oversized or excess baggage MUST pay for extra seats. The vehicle I took on January 10th was loaded to the brim...too many bags & suitcases! Even blocking the entrance...that was a major security risk!
