Been visiting since Dec 2017, quality keeps dropping every time from AC leaking, shower head not functioning, bath tub blocked and the sad thing is their customer retention ability is zero. They treat old and regular customers with no regard. I once asked to speak with a manager and I was told they’re too busy to see anyone, their phone nos can’t be shared as well. Came down from my room several times, it was same old stories. In my opinion, hotel is overpriced with terrible customer service.

Swimming pool is not clean, the best staff have been poached by newer hotels. The restaurant that o ce served excellent fare now set es passable food.
