I was in town for work in Akure, settled for Sunview after i checked two other highly rated hotels. The service at Sunview Hotel was impressive. The front desk guys were amazing especially Doris. The best part of my stay was Abimbola, the IT guy going out of his way to fix the internet issue i had. Breakfast was good too and all other hotel staff were courteous and professional. However, the sheets in the hotel need to be changed as they are now old. Overall, it is a good hotel to stay whether it is for business or fun.

The location is okay, they have a pool side that is really busy at night and lots of sales and activity going on there. They have a table tennis board just there also. The extension is outside the main compound through a small gate which is a bit more private but on the average the hotel is just there. Big, pricey but not all that.

A rather 3 star hotel but with a very poor service experience for their visitors. The room i used has AC leaking water that flow out through the entrance to the staircase. The bathrooms fittings were wrongly fixed. Bathtub located far away from shower tap. The WiFi network did not work for a second throughout a night sleep over. Making matter worse was the breakfast that consists limited option of yam or bread that can only be taken with either omelette or egg sauce only. Even water was not complementary with the breakfast.

Tucked away in the Government Reservation Area in Akure. Nice outdoor seating venue. Infamous pepper grilled fish with chips. Service was quite good even if a bit slow. This was blamed on the time it takes to properly grill the fish. Chilled drinks, the works. Perfect for an evening out with friends. Recommended....

One of the good hotels in Akure. The rooms are pretty decent with acceptable amenities but incredibly pricy in comparison to other hotels in the vicinity with similar amenities. But the restaurant is very small with good dishes - breakfast comes with room (bed and breakfast) and I usually enjoy their African dishes for lunch - swallow and assortment of soups, a bar of similar size is around the corner to serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. It has a relaxation spot which is open to non-hotel guests with finger foods and DJ/live music most nights particularly weekends.

This used to be one of the best hotels in Akure. On my last visit, that was not the case. We went as a group and though I did not have any issues, some of my friends did. One had a problem with a sinking bath tub. Another had an air conditioner that did not work. I hope they are able to overhaul/upgrade their facilities soon.

My stay at Sunview Hotel was mixed. The AC in the first room I was given wasn’t cooling. In the morning, the outdoor unit of the AC blew and caught fire. However, the fire was quickly put out with a fire extinguisher. It said a lot about their level of safety. My room was changed, but I didn’t get any apologies for the inconvenience.

I was in this place 2 weekends ago ,as to the facilities you get what you pay for, the problem is the attitude of some of the staff who were simply rude . Firstly we were check into an occupied room and had to be moved after some time , again it took them 2 days and 4 asking for them to provide me a kettle to boil water even though they provide teabag and milk in the room the first lady I asked even throw some sarcasm at me . I also ask for a replacement battery for the TV remote a day to my departure and guess what it never which never arrived

Tbis beautiful hotel is located in Alagbaka Akure, Ondo State Nigeria. I believe a lot of money was invested to make it as beautiful and attractive as it is. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Rooms are kept clean. Breakfast is complimentary and the restaurant serves very good meals any time of the day. There is a bar which runs all day all night. There is a gym and a swimming pool on site. There is 24 hours power and security.

Routinely very good, consistent and courteous customer service by, not only the front desk, but ALL staff. I stayed for more than 5 nights and was really impressed. Food is very good, generous and quite a lot to choose from. Facilities worked as advertised (e.g. Wi-Fi). The environment is just right; room service is efficient. All services listed in their Guest Information Directory are proved to function well. Decor in and out is good. The compound is welcoming. Rates and charges are reasonable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. I will surely visit again!

I passed a night at this awesome hotel at Akure and I must admit the staff were very warm and courteous and the rooms were very clean and well maintained. However they really need to fix the intercoms to make for easy communications as well as have their minimart run 24 hours for guests to get basic supplies Also, the restaurant service was slow it took almost 50mins to deliver a meal though it eventually came out very tasty. The buffet brakefast was fantastic and offered good variety
