Best possible location in Akure. Less than a minute drive to Oba Adesida Road, the major road in Akure. About 5 minutes drive to Akure mall, the only mall in Akure. The hotel is located within the vicinity of the government Secretariat and banks. The rooms are neatly furnished and the hotel staff are courteous. The variety of complimentary breakfast is also a plus. Excellent choice of hotel in Akure.

Bad choice. I had to leave. No towel in the room and it took an hour to bring one, so I dried up on the air conditioner. Many sorries but nothing to correct the mistakes. Lastly the small pool, where I sought refuge, was crowded with noisy youngsters shouting and playing music. Bad experience.
