The guest service was Okay. The staff are polite and helpful. The facilities however have sadly begun to go to seed. Grimy bathrooms are never a nice experience. Stained walls and musty smells are all here. The hotel is in need of a good standards manager.

Hotel rooms are affordable, and the staff are very hospitable. However, delivery of food orders is quite slow but this can be improved upon. Nightlife at Flourish hotel and suites is interesting; there is a small private bar and open space bar that offers different types of delicacies. But I enjoy the peppered grilled fish, chips and steamed suya a lot!
