Nef ChukwujekwuI used to come here weekly to do my laundry in 2015-2016 and it was quite a nice, welcoming place. Returning to it in 2019, it feels like a totally different business. Where the place was previously staffed by friendly, helpful people, they now have mostly harried, dour staff that act as though you were interrupting their important lives by bringing your clothes to wash. First time I was there to wash, I was reprimanded for not having an email address in their system (this was never a problem before and I do believe I reserve the right to withhold my information). Second time, the incredible staff on duty threatened not to collect my money because I didn’t have an email address (which I found amusing because I’d already finished washing). I pretty much had to persuade him to take my money , go figure! Third time, we trudged all the way upstairs, through an ongoing demolition job, only to be told that they weren’t accepting self-washing. Hmmmm..... What’s the point of a laundromat again? Well, it was a good thing they did that because we just drove a couple of miles to Rockwater Laundromat on Freedom Way and did our business. It’s a smaller place, with tight parking issues, but they have as many machines as Ez Wash on Admiralty, all much newer and far less noisy. The best part, their staff didn’t look at me like I was something the cat dragged in.... so.... yay?

Muna AnazodoImpressive. Very affordable - 1 wash - 1500, 2 washes - 2300, 3 washes - 3200. Great staff and location. Can be a long wait to self wash but not really their fault, not much competition self service laundromat-wise.

Mobola LawalI can’t believe I didn’t review this place earlier. It’s one of my favorite Nigerian businesses. Been following them keenly since they started. I started off washing in their Yaba store, when I was living in Lagos Island. Then I switched to this store. The experience today isn’t as great as it was in the early days when you could go there and actually be out in an hour. Now because they have so many customers, much more than they can actually keep up with, with their limited resources, the experience isn’t as great. You have to wait endlessly sometimes. I like washing on Sundays because everyone is supposed to have gone to Church, yeah? Wrong! They open officially at noon on Sunday. But if you make the mistake of getting there at noon thinking you are early, sorry, you are late! So I try to get there like one hour before. Even then, the staff would have come earlier to finish up some of the drop off from the day before. If you have work to do, just bring the work along with you. You will be here for a while. They also say they have free WiFi but I don’t really bother connecting these days. They also have (or had) iPads connected to the internet that you can surf the inter webs on. Not sure if those are in the Lekki store though. I know I used it a number of times way back in the Yaba store. All in all, I really like them because they try to improve on their services. They now have an app and you can pay directly on the app. I also love the engaging emails that Ebun (co-founder or so) sends. PS: These are just pictures of my clothes after wash waiting for a dryer to free up, lol.

Aaron MomohStay away if you want your clothes back. The management is shockingly nonchalant about customer complaints. After a while it felt like I was calling to beg for Clothes.
