Only visited the place to pick up my girlfriend who was getting a treatment at the spa, but I can speak for the ambience which is pretty great. I waited at the lobby, which had nice chairs and a rose flower on the table. Heh.

I got a bad experience due to unfixed price. I came to this place twice, with the same service, the price of the second one and the first one was different. After confirming prior to the treatment, it was mentioned certain amount, but after the treatment the price was twice more expenssive. The attitude of the receptionist denied what she has mentioned was very dissapointing. Afterall, she didnt give me the receipt. Such an unfortunate, since the place is good but not the service. Big no no for coming again!

Friendly customer experience coupled with topnotch world class service. Had facials and a massage done and it was really nice compared to what I had at a previous establishment. They offer free tea and have an in-house restaurant with a variety of items to offer. Looking forward another experience.

Had a package which was inclusive steam, massage, facial, manicure, pedicure and a meal. The steam was okay, Loved the deep tissue massage and facial. The mani-pedi was quite nice and prompt. All in all it was a little pricey but worth every kobo spent.
