Not impressed by their service at all. sent a document from ilorin on tuesday and today being friday the document is not in their lokoja office yet not to talk of delivering it to the appropriate address. Courier service is not done this way. The one star I picked is because the review will not go through without it, they do not deserve any start at all Today makes it 9 days the letter was pick from Ilorin, still no accurate response on the where about of the document, i have heard different version of information on the where about of the document and all seems to be a make up story, currently, Lagos and Lokoja office are no longer picking my calls. I have used courier services in time past but i have never used any as bad as this, our Nipost will do better if given the opportunity. will be back to tell you how long it took the snail called Courier plus to deliver the document in question.
