If you are considering booking a ticket to Mauritius via Nairobi with Kenya Airways do no do it! Actually don’t fly with them at all. I was thoroughly embarrassed by their officials and made to miss my flight. I was denied check - in for no sensible reason (they said my hotel reservation was only suitable for a family and not an individual) and I left the airport in tears. Kenya Airways - you should be thoroughly embarrassed for yourselves and you can be sure you’ll be hearing from my lawyers
