Large rooms and very comfortable beds. Good food at guesthouse restaurant. Dirty bathroom and a shower that did not work. Good option if you have work to do at UNILAG.

The aesthetics could be better, although rooms are relatively inexpensive with available rooms well maintained. The location is very strategic with an open view to the lagoon. It is quiet and calm here with ample event halls for weddings and parties. Room service could be better. Food is only available for the top luxury accommodation plans.

Tayo Adenirokun Lecture Theatre is a lecture theatre situated directly opposite UNILAG Guest House, It is one of the latest structures within the school as of now. It was commissioned not too long ago by the Vice Chancellor of the university, Professor Toyin Ogundipe in the presence of the Vice President of Nigeria Professor Yemi Osinbajo. It is an amazing edifice in the school with 21st century materials and instrument inside. It is a lecture theatre and also a multi-purpose hall for conferences, seminars,etc; with the capacity of holding about a thousand people, including a gallery for for the people inside with a clear view of the podium. It is a very good place for everybody to be.
