Olajuwon MarcWonderful neighborhood hospital. What really got me was the fact that the doctors attended to patients at arrival with or without initial deposit. The facility is ok. Equipments are somewhat cool. Not too impressed with the card registration fee of N4000.

Jumoke AdebayoTerrible customer service with most of the medical staff acting like they are doing you a favor. Called to find out if i could get the second shot of a preventive vaccine and was advised to come in. I arrive at the hospital at 7.20am and was told to wait for those on morning shift to take over at 8am. At 9.38am after I had gone through the length and breath of the hosiptal to find out what the cause of the delay was that was when I was told that the vaccine was not availabe and that I had to come on another day. I expressed my displeasure and a pregnant nurse responded saying " Do you want us to manufacture it" while all this was happening a paediatric nurse and Dr Akinola were busy laughing, playing and "dabbing". I was told to come back in the evening, got back there and then I was told that they meant Monday evening. Avon HMO you to get better hospitals for your clients. To say I am dissatisfied is an understatement.
