Except for prompt attention to customer, Expect to go there without getting your problem solved or at a high rate. Wanted to replace battery for my techno camon x pro phone, I was informed instead that I have to change the screen first (meanwhile nothing was wrong with the screen) and they do not have the batteries in stock. Just left, and got same battery for N1500 in computer village and asked for screen replacement which i was told cost N2000 or N4000, the latter with a touch pad.

The atmosphere was welcoming and beautiful. The customer service was awful. You get a number when you walk in and you are directed to an agent whom asks you questions and sends you to the technician. The customer care agent turned her face in disgust when I handed her my phone and refused to label it. I paid and was asked to pick up my phone the following day only to be told that the parts were unavailable and they did not know when it will be available. No one thought I should be informed after I was given a date to pick up my supposedly repaired phone. Long story short, I asked for a refund and left .

There is sufficient parking space. Located on the second floor, the flight of stairs may not be convenient for the elderly.

So I decided to go to Carl care. My phone Tecno boom j8 would not come up. I took it to some engineers but was referred to Carl care. On getting there, the security personnel were very curt and directed me to their engineer who would examine my phone and later let me know that it was beyond redemption because the parts to refurbish it were not available. I was still happy though because I was attended to promptly and quite politely. Thumbs up!!!
