I am giving shoprite 3 stars due to many reasons based on my experience today. The environment was very clean and well kept but despite this effort to have a presentable store there was still poor customs service, henceforth the 3 stars. The grocery store workers were very slow and took time having personal conversations instead of attending to the long line of customers.

Very good parking. Mall is cool but for a discount shop, Shoprite supermarket itself, is more expensive than other shops around. They need to reevaluate their prices. I believe chain stores should sell cheaper and not higher than single stores. Their meat cuts are professional. Their bread is very nice and the deli is filled with all sorts of delightful yet sinful awesome tasting pleasures. The food is okay but expensive too.

It has a big car park, and lots of shops in the mall to do your shopping. The Genesis cinema is located also in the mall which shows movies to get you relaxed after a long day or even on weekends and public holidays where you van take your family out to see a movie there. I rate it a four star.
