Unlike typical customer center, the store is not packed. There are few customer service agents and even fewer customers which has an upside as it means your request are attended to faster. The staff are of great help as they take their time to put you through all the requirement. Car park is also a little tricky because you get to the entrance before you get to the front of the store so you need to be careful or aware of the park entrance, if not you will have to go the long journey to make a turn.

At the time I visited this store over a year ago, the environment was neat (they had dust bins placed in strategic locations for easy waste disposal) and spacious with enough seats to accommodate visitors. The customer service representatives were courteous and friendly. Generally, I was well attended to and even when I was delayed, they apologized to me.
