Olabisi FolorunsoIts a huge, enormous architectural post colonial building house several boutiques and businesses as well as art work in a conducive environment, tilted and serene location, close to the heart hub of Lagos state strategically placed closer to locations such as Lagos Island, yaba, surulere and their environs. The security is high and alert with adequate parking lots and great toilet facility

Immanuel OdeyemiGood place for social events. Size is big enough to host Town Halls, Wedding Receptions, Book Launches etc. The conveniences are also properly managed. The downside however is that the facility managers have overlooked the most important aspect; the outside aesthetics. The fountain designed to beautify the City Hall is totally non-functional, else it would have been the best spot to take pictures. Security is also a major concern as street thugs and tout are a regular feature of the place whenever it hosts major political or social events. They are know to sometimes obtaining money and other valuables from guests using dangerous weapons.
