Hadiza DamulakI booked a trip from Ikoyi to Marina on Friday morning. I the trip took about 25 minutes and I was dropped off in Marina at a little after 10 (it was a card trip) but the driver did not end the trip until a few minutes 5pm in the evening and I was charged nearly 5 times the original price for a trip I did not make. I have written to taxify on the App, the two email addresses provided on the website. Also on twitter and Instagram but I am yet to receive a response. I would advise people not to use their card on the app AND if you have any issues, visit their office instead. Maybe you will receive a response. But don’t expect much. It appears they’re more concerned with turning a profit (at any cost) than they are about their customers.

I was drenched when i got home cause i had to use bike as 4 different Taxify (Bolt) drivers asked for cancellation because i was only going to Ago from Festival mall (i will drop their numbers on your request)..... It was annoying and funny because i almost thought i was calling them to give me free ride to my house. smh.... i really suggest you caution all your main land drivers, for heaven sake if they wanted to go for executive trips they would not apply to be a taxi driver (NO OFFENSE). This can really reduce your patronage. Thank.

Faith EzikeAm currently in a mood a taxify trip. I must confess. With the kinda of drivers that are allowed to carry customers they will destroy the business. Some of the drivers are very rude and purposely follow traffic congested area when you try to direct them they become confrontational and abusive. And also they tend to drive very slow as if , if their speed limit is up to 40 their money will not be complete. This should be addressed. He even threatened me. Na woo.

Jules RRiders please Beware of Taxify. All these 5 star reviews are obviously fake. Is Taxify safe? TAXIFY IS NOT SAFE. The drivers? They all will cancel a trip if you are not cash payment. Customer service? Non existent. They do not care about your safety. Is Taxify better than Uber? TAXIFY does not come close to Uber. Taxify has the worst cars and the worst service. I have always requested comfort and it is not even up to par with other e-taxi service lowest level cars. Taxify is not even good for drivers and they have also over charged my card. How is that even possible? But they did.
