Bonaparte OSARAI was at this hospital last Saturday. I ran some tests, and I was told that results will be ready on Tuesday. They even assured me that they’ll call to inform me. However, they didn’t honor their word. I drove there on Tuesday only to discover that they hadn’t even run the test. They promised the following day, and again they disappointed. I called their office, the lady was very callous on the phone telling me to pick up my result when I’m ready. This hospital is run by non humans. It’s being run like a bad Nigerian business with no sense of timing and regard for patients. A very unreliable hospital. Please stay away from this hospital.
