This is not the regular Nigerian bank; this bank was built to meet international standards. Outside this bank premise is impressive with good security systems. Inside is a great work environment with attention to safety. Accessibility is good, but during certain rush hour when offices are closed; you may be caught up in serious traffic hold up.

Very poor service. I have been waiting for 2 weeks now to recieve money that was credited to my South African account. I have still not received the money. This is not what you expect from an International bank. Each time I contacted them they gave me promises that they could not keep. I feel like they stole my money. Meantime I am still waiting for my money (if the bank did not take it?)

Citibank in an international bank with operations in several countries across the globe. They do not operate the same way the regular commercial banks in Nigeria operates. Used by most multinational companies. The interior of the bank is lovely and also have ample parking space.
