Rooms are comfortable, lovely, spacious and well equipped. Lovely swimming pool. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet is a misnomer. So do not expect a feast, or combination of selections. Parking spaces for each room. Good TV selection of programmes. Overall, great place to relax solo, or with friends and family at a good price.

I had heard this was a great new place in Abeokuta. However I was not really impressed for the price. It’s subjective but The beds were too hard for me. Room and Sheets were clean however. About 4 channels on the tv. There was no hot water and when I called maintenance to fix it then guy was insisting there was hot water and stood in my room for over 10 minutes feeling the mostly cold water in the shower even after I asked him to leave. In the morning still no hot water. The restaurant staff were not friendly and argumentative. Perhaps I just had bad luck. I reported the issues to management and they seemed to be responsive.

Really a 3 star accomodation but the help and approachability of the staff give it an extra star for me .stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment: needs better maintenance and attention to details. But clean and comfortable bed.

Poor service delivery and dishonest staff. I forgot my phone charger there and went back about 15 minutes later, only to find that the charger had been stolen, in the space of 15 minutes. I had to start shouting before they brought it out. Very bad

Mitros Residences is a fabulous apartment. It is very serene and comfortable. It formerly abandoned but was recently renovated and is currently managed by the state. It has free Wi-Fi, beautiful parking space somewhat annoying receptionist. It has a fabulous but small event hall, a lovely restaurant where other events also take place a good laundry service, stand by Generators, a gym, swimming pool and good security. Room Type Cost.
