By every standard this is a good estate for residence. Very close to the Lagos Ibadan expressway which runs straight down to third mainland bridge, giving you quick access to mainland and island. Its somewhat enclosed making it a goof choice for security. I know a couple of people who live there. Visited several times. Also the estate is covered by 24hr cctv service.
