Emeka UlorVisiting Badagry Musuem and Slave House was interesting and saddening. Historical artifacts dots this space. A guide gave us insight on the prehistoric slave trade, and explained how they were captured and moved across the sea. These landmarks and items need to be preserved on standardized forms. We saw the first story building and slave hub. Good place for students and tourists to visit.

Balogun sewedoThe Badagry Heritage Museum or Badagry slave museum is one of the museums in the Western coast of Africa that extensively narrates and projects what the slave era looks like, this is because badagry itself is one of the biggest slave port during the period of it existence. With original relics and The perfect story, good atmosphere and linked to other tourist attractions in Badagry, Always serves as a great tour experience that is very educative and enlightening for anybody from any part of the world. #BADAGRY #slavetrade #slavery #history #nigeria #sewedortours

Nasir Alebiosu-OgunmadeDue to renovations and upgrade, the heritage museum is a must-visit site for any visitor(s) to Badagry. Else, your visit is not complete. It is located on the Badagry Marina close to the courts complex, Badagry police division, the Mobee Royal museum and the General Hospital. Good work on the upgrade by the state government.

Ademola AdeniranAwesome, emotional and insightful. Learnt about slave trade history in the transatlantic route. Heard about the role of the African, Nigerians and Europeans. Imagine that black men betrayed themselves, sold their brothers to white men just in exchange for something as simple as a mirror.
