Took my time to visit the site for a SIM swap to 4G yesterday, the 14th day of September, 2018 but was disappointed by a sad disease that still eats the core of our countries growth and development desire... NETWORK DOWNTIME. I was made to understand that bit was not limited to this site alone, every Airtel office in the country was infected with this disease. My most recent visit to this place left me with a better, more satisfactory service delivery and staff impression. Although, it would appear that the tall fair complexioned Igbo speaking damsel there is the most courteous person I have met there. The office is strategic to the needs of the computer village which is a few meters away from there. The place is wheelchair accessible, and has a parking space for less that 15 cars at a time. It is located at the Bridge end of the Oba Akran Avenue ikeja, there are numerous banks here and hence access to ATM Machines is not difficult, Most times, they are understaffed, hence waiting time tends to go between 33 minutes to 65 minutes for simple processes. They usually sell phones here. Their toilet facility is combined, meaning, male and female use the same.

State of the art facility building, located at a very popular spot along Oba Akran by Awolowo bus stop, Ikeja, and very close to computer Village, and several other banks e.g Guaranty Trust Bank, tends to be over crowded due to large customer demands and small customer service representatives, which equally leads to poor service, long hours of waiting and queues or declined attention all together. The roads linking it are very narrow and busy, with lots of traffic and no parking lot available to customers within the premises. Its virtually the only available proper all purpose Airtel service center in close proximity to a lot of residence.

I was here to replaced my lost simcard. They have an amazing office, nice interior & cool ambient. But, the funny thing I observed is that most Customers coming there to complained had to scream, or react badly before their staffs attends to your complain. I remember loosing it myself, as well as threaten to report their staff lackadaisical, laxity behavior before I was given attention. Airtel Management needs to address this problem at this location, before a customer distrub their operations.
