Worst travel agency ever, I wouldn’t advice anyone to use them.Delta airline refunded my ticket money which I purchased from Wakanow and this is almost 3 weeks and my account hasn’t been credited.Ive sent several emails and even visited their office at Opebi and still no refund.I’m taking the pain to go to their head office tomorrow which shouldn’t be so. Businesses can never thrive in this country with insolent attitudes.Big Shame on Wakanow and their staff!!!

I havent had any reason to frown at their service yet, i have had to pay for my parents flight tickets more then 4 different times from wakanow and I dint have to visit the office. I had an issue with change of date once and that was a case from Royal Air Maroc. I hope not to have a reason to visit in person still since i can do everything online. Altogether a good experience for me.

Looking for that preferred online travel agency in Lagos and beyond? Wakanow is my go to anyday. They have maintained their good services over the years, I havent had the bad experience of flight issues with them and 90% of transactions I do online, only had to go to the office once or twice. Yet, they offer the cheapest flight fare internationally, very courteous and great customer service online and physically.

Be careful with wakanow. I have had several experiences but this is the most recent. Yesterday I booked a flight and had a chat with one of their agents where he confirmed that the flight was available and I made payment. 4 hrs later, he called to inform me that they are unable to issue me a ticket because a portal had closed and asked me to re book a flight. When I tried to re book, all the prices had gone up by 300k!! I googled their reviews and discovered that they have been doing this since 2011 (check nairaland).

there needs to be a negative rating and that is exactly what this company deserves all those making positive reviews were obviously paid to do so. they have shown over and over again their incompetence and shady ways. i book a ticket online , i am charged then hours later when i didnt recieve any confirmation, i called only to be told that the booking didnt go through and that i ll have to pay an extra 90k for the ticket and now they still havent refunded my money. What sort of practices are they engaging in, this is outright ridiculous
