This lab is one of the worst in customer service. We gave samples on Saturday and when I called on Sunday they said to come and collect report, only for me to go and find that report was not ready. On Monday after 2 calls they finally said report will be ready by evening . By 5Pm they did send mail but only partial results. Then onwards it went downhill even further. Their customer service number was switched off and they didn’t reply on WhatsApp (they are in WhatsApp only for name sake). Then the lady said she will get back to me with complete results in 10 mins. There was no response for 3hrs from that and then they stopped picking my calls. What they don’t understand is someone who needs report urgently comes to the lab and they need it ASAP. There is total negligence towards customers. The worst experience I have ever had with any company in Nigeria ever. Don’t recommend this place to anyone at all.

Very poor customer service here especially at the Tiamiyu savage branch at Victoria island , customers come in do a test and then they are told to come pick up after 24 hours and you still come in and wait for a simple test that is supposed to be ready , would never use such laboratory
