Profusely stocked supermaket just like every other SPAR outlet in Lagos. I got all items I dropped by to pick. The payment systems were seamlessly operational and there were no queues despite rising traffic. I was asked to take a receipt of some of the items I got to the desk for something that appeared like a check. The guy who attended to me was UNBELIEVABLY RUDE!! He kept chatting with his colleagues and ticking off the list of items I had purchased. After about 6 minutes, I asked him to hurry up and pay attention to what he was doing. The young man yelled, "I am not playing here"!!! To make matters worse, the pepper-chicken (4pcs) that I bought were all rotten and smelly. Sadly, I discovered this when I got home and took a bite. This is purely my experience though. You could be better or even awesome. For sure, I would NEVER go there again.

Typical of a shopping outlet. You can get most of your grocery and household items here. A quick opportunity for travellers to shop before they get in or out of the plane. Other beneficiaries are those living within the neighbourhood and workers within the airport. Prices are affordable, the environment is secured and customer service is excellent.

Well stocked with varieties of household items and groceries. You can do all your shopping after leaving the airport and get home to rest without thinking of going out to shop again.

SPAR MMA2 is more expensive than the usual SPAR within town. A look at prices of their products revealed an increase 20% on products. This development may not be unconnected with the heavy tax and rent payments to the Federal Airport Authority (FAAN). The ambience is however warm and cozy, with variety of quick products for travellers.

Worst experience trying to inquire for a product. The customer service guy Olaiya was very unhelpful and rude. Folarin from mma2 branch was ridiculously nasty, he said he will check for the availability of the product and get back to me, he never did and when I called back after 2hrs he was cutting my calls. I expected more from Spar. This is a shabby way to treat customers, your customer service guy Olaiya needs better training on how to speak with a customer and work on being efficient as well. Definitely not returning.

It was a great experience shopping here today, perfect for those who are arriving Lagos from other states and need to grab some items on their way home. The SPAR brand here is top notch, the customer service was great, the ambience was amazing. One of the things I noticed is that despite the location and costs of rental property there, they have been able to surpass expectations by ensuring that the prices of items stocked are comparative with stores in other locations. The store has a rich inventory of products which caters to a diverse customer base especially within the MMA2, it adds a lot of customer experience to the aiport users at the terminal. I will definitely shop at SPAR store at MMA2 again anytime I have the opportunity of going through the terminal on business or pleasure.
