Nice and serene environment, secured place as it is located in an estate.Also if you want privacy its a go to place. The restaurant service could do better,quite slow to deliver meals. Also inculcate more kid friendly services for people with kids,no kid channel on the TV stations provided. Went there on a package,but no kid friendly activity included ,the hotel needs to consider this.i.e there is no pool in the hotel ,you patner with a pool service rendering place for a day at the pool side in your packages etc. But all in all,it wasnt a bad experience. Will rate my total experience 3star.

This was the worst hotel/apartments I have stayed in so far, i was so baffled at the name and presentation of the hotel/apartments because it markets itself as an upscale hotel/apartments but fails to deliver on all. We stayed in the deluxe double room for about 13k a night. Negative points: * We stayed from 24th - 27th of December, upon arrival our booking was lost and we were kept waiting for 20 minutes, before the receptionist realised we could just make another booking on the spot without wasting our time. * Coincidentally as we were checking in another guest came out and informed the receptionist that he had been waiting for his meal for 20 minutes without an updates, he asked for an estimated time and was given another 20 mins (things did not get better from there). * We had access to 2 clear channels * WE HAD TO BEG THE FRONT OFFICE TO INFORM THE PEOPLE DOWNSTAIRS TO SHUT OFF THE WATER, AS WE COULD NOT TAKE A SHOWER BECAUSE THEY WERE USING IT. We had to do this every time we wanted to take a shower. * The staff did not know what room was occupied or free and proceeded to open our room door with myself and my wife in the room. The did not call to apologies or anything, we had to call them and inform them that someone tried to walk into our room, thats when they said it was them. * Their breakfast which is meant to be complimentary (is just for one person with a choice of tea/ coffee and bread and egg). So even if the room is booked for a family, there will only be breakfast for one person. The eggs were made in a location off site meaning that the staff had to carry the eggs in a plate across the road covered by a measly napkin. * My breaking point came when we traveled mid trip, I specifically asked the front desk to clean our room and then we left the clean my room sign on the door. I am sure you can guess what happened, our room was completely untouched, uncleaned and nothing was replenished. There is so much more wrong with this hotel/apartments like the wifi, the fact that the hotel is situated in-between a church that leave their speakers outside, it was so bad we could not hear the tv over their preaching. Positive points: * The bed was comfortable * Outside the estate, there are a lot of shops and restaurants. Final thoughts: Save your money, time and sanity, go for chesterfield or a better hotel.

Very very nauseating. The.towels are dirty. The.besheets stained. Services aweful. Restaurant closes to Lodgers by 12midnight. Complimentary breakfast, just on paper. Uou will wait till Jesus comes if you order jollof rice, moi moi with custard. I am really disappointed.

it was okay. it is a budget hotel so everything looks basic but the room i was in was clean, everything worked, air conditioning, hot water, television and fridge. the only issue i had were the walls were a bit thin and i could hear the next occupant when they spoke loudly. took dinner and enjoyed it. you can pay with cash, card or bank transfer. they can also be booked online with bookingdotcom

Reception was quick but you have to pay 1.5% for POS but you are only reminded that you can do transfer after you have paid. Also when you book online make sure you tick or book the one with complimentary breakfast or you wont get a free breakfast. Room is spacious, neat and well arranged. There was limited hot water in the morning. Small generator used in the after is a bit noisy though the general area is quiet and peaceful. Meal a bit expensive. Otherwise, a good experience.

THIS IS A NO GO AREA: Rooms: their rooms are nothing to write home about. The bed is broken, old and rough foam. Restaurant: Is dangerous. Served a meal with hairs all over the tray and food. Payment Police: their payment police is a scam. Charging customers for bank charges when you use POS. The place is nothing good, which required a total short down, if the hospitality and tourism agency is working in Nigeria.
