Located in a serene environment, there is a car park behind the building, security at the gate, there is a garden with beautiful ambience. Quite easy to locate from Glover road.

My time here was awesome, environment was conducive and service splendid. Coming from obalende ,locate buses going to osborne road or national industrial court. The building is just few blocks away

I went to just make enquiry/get study materials that could have been readily available at a table with a cashier or pos machine to pay and be home dry, but ended up queuing with eveyone else and what i thought would be a 10- 15 minutes encounter turned out to be more....this would have been bearable, if not that by the time i came out, my car and driver had been towed away for parking wrongly (leading to another unecessary drama with council) even though the security man who was supposed to intervene was there and couldnt be bothered....pls kindly help with the parking nightmare one has to go through whenever one visits this place....and some of the services can be faster and more efficiently carried out ....thus cutting down on time needed for car parking in the first place.

Nice environment, highly organized people. Sending an email is much better than calling. You can always visit their website for more enquiries which is clearly explanatory.

Edit: 22/Nov/2018 Since the last time I was here in December 2017, this place has really improved. They now respond to phone calls and emails promptly. The arrangement of the office has also changed. It is now much more organised, so you have to wait for less time to be attended to. Original review (Dec/2017): They have courteous staff that attend to people on time, but they never respond to phonecalls and emails. There is a lot of room for improvement.

British Council has the worst service experience in Nigeria. No response to five emails, waited on one for over an hour, wasted my units and still could not speak to an executive.
