Neglected facilities, moisture damaged walls, serious hygiene and enviromental concerns, a rude uncaring nurse while patients seemed terrified for fear of catching and leaving with new poor sanitary diseases. For the sort of fees and charges invoiced proper facilities and real professionals should be available.
